Summer salad with broccoli

 olive oil
 salt
 pepper
 1 broccoli head
 cherry tomatoes
 feta cheese
 fusilli pasta

Bring to boil a pan of water, when boiling add the broccoli for about 3 or 4 minutes. Then, remove and allow to cool for about 10 minutes.

Bring the water to the boil again and cook the shaped short pasta. When the pasta is "al dente" remove the pan from the heat, drain the pasta and allow to cool for about 5 minutes.

In a large bowl, add the cooked pasta and broccoli, add feta cheese cut into cubes and halved cherry tomatoes. Now you can add other ingredients such as boiled eggs, sweet corn and tuna, according to taste.

Finally add salt, pepper, oregano and olive oil. Stir well until all ingredients are mixed together well.
