Sautéed pasta with mushrooms and broccoli

 400 grams of pasta
 ½ kg of mushrooms
 1 broccoli
 1 spring onion
 3 garlic cloves
 1 litre of cream
 Water
 Extra virgin olive oil
 Salt
 Chopped parsley

Bring plenty of water to boil in a pot. When it starts to boil, add the salt and pasta. Clean the broccoli, cut into florets and add to the pot. Let cook for 8-10 minutes.

Finely chop the onion and garlic and fry in a pan with a little oil (3 tablespoons). When browned, add the mushrooms and sauté briefly. Pour the cream and let reduce for 8 minutes.

When the pasta and broccoli are cooked, remove the broccoli and put to one side on a plate. Drain the pasta and let cool.

Add the pasta to the pot of mushrooms with cream and mix well. Sprinkle with chopped parsley. Serve in a large dish and garnish with the broccoli florets.
