Rice with Broccoli and mustard sauce

 300 g of rice
 500 g of broccoli
 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
 2 tablespoons of olive oil
 Salt
 To make the sauce:
 6 tablespoons of mayonnaise
 6 tablespoons of plain yoghurt
 1 tablespoon of mustard
 1 tablespoon of sweet red pepper
 Salt and pepper

Put the rice in a pan with the lemon juice, olive oil and salt then cover it with water, plus the width of two fingers.

Place the broccoli cut into florets in an oven tray at 100 degrees for 10 minutes, then take it out. Finish off the rice in the oven at the same temperature for 8 minutes.

Mix the rice with the broccoli in a bowl, make the sauce by mixing all the ingredients and pour on top.
