Potato and broccoli omelet

 3 or 4 eggs
 500 grams of broccoli
 1 potato
 oil
 salt

Peel, wash and cut the potatoes.

Once peeled and rinsed we put them in a frying pan with oil and we fry until they remain tossed in oil.

While frying the potatoes, cut the pella by florets of broccoli. We keep until the potatoes are al dente

When the potatoes are almost ready add the broccoli to the pan, stir and season with salt and pepper.

Beat 3 eggs and add them to the mixture in the pan

Turn and turn until it is golden brown and ready.
