Broccoli with rice

Yields1 Serving
 1/2 cup of rice
 1 cup of cooked broccoli flowers
 ½ carrot,
 1 cup of low fat vegetable broth
 1 teaspoon of oil
 2 packets of fresh cheese
 1 egg

Chop the carrots and sauté with a teaspoon of oil. When vegetables begin to lose water, add the uncooked rice, stir and mix well, add oregano or other seasoning and add the vegetable broth.

Cover the pan or pot and leave for 10 minutes. If the broth has been completely consumed, add a little more water, otherwise, add the previously cooked and cut broccoli florets and let cook a little longer.

After 5 minutes the vegetables will be tender and the rice will be cooked. Mix well and add the cheese cubes. Fry an egg.

Serve and ready to eat.
