Broccoli and mushrooms crêpe

 1 egg
 1 cup of milk
 1 cup of wheat flour
 1/2 piece of broccoli
 4 mushrooms
 50 grams of Emmental cheese
 olive oil
 salt

Beat the egg with flour and milk, add a dash of oil and salt.

Let stand 15 to 20 minutes

Cover with butter a frying pan to facilitate the anti adhesion. Cover the base of the pan with the mass of the crepe that we have drawn up and brown back and forth. We will depart from 6 to 8 crepes

Cut the broccoli and mushrooms into small pieces. Saute in a frying pan with oil 5 minutes. Pepper to taste. Add the cheese and allow to stand for 1 minute to melt.

Put the mixture in the crepe.
