Hello everyone and Happy 2015!

How could it be otherwise; in this first publication of the year we will discuss the list of good intentions and some tips to implement them effectively.
Experts say that, in order to avoid frustration, the key to achieving our aims is to limit them and be realistic. What does it mean? It may mean that we must define our goal well, plan it and, above all, be honest with ourselves.

The top resolution is to improve our diet, “eat well.” To fulfill this goal, we must know what we mean by that. Do we want to eat less or eat better? Cook more or go to better restaurants? Eat more vegetables or cook with less fat? Learn to cook or stop snacking? Cook healthily or shop better?

Summary 2014

By Healthy eating, Uncategorized No Comments

The arrival of the New Year is a time of reflection. This period of the year is very important for us as this is when we make an assessment of what has happened over the past 365 days; our evolution, objectives that we have achieved, areas in which we must work and what lessons we have learned based on our mistakes or moments of weakness. So today we are making an assessment-summary of our 2014.

In the first place, from 2014 we hold on to all the moments shared with the elementary school children. From all our experiences in different schools, we remember the importance of paying special attention to the children, as from their wisdom and excitement we learn very valuable lessons. Our experiences with the younger children, nursery school and 1st grade students, move us with their innocence and ability to enjoy all the things around them. From the older students, 3rd, 4th, and 5th grade students, we are left with their eagerness to learn, have fun, and be happy.
