Tart with broccoli guacamole and chicken

 Pastry
 4 eggs
 1 brick of milk or cream
 1 chicken breast cooked
 150 grams of ham
 130 grams of Emmental cheese
 1/2 broccoli
 1 tomato
 1 lime
 cherry tomatoes
 1 spring onion
 2 tablespoons olive oil
 2 tablespoons butter
 Mexican spices
 Salt

Preheat oven to 180 degrees. Brush with butter mold. Place mass above the mold and adjust to the shape of the mold using the fingertips.

Mix the eggs, 1 pinch of salt and cream. Add the ham and cheese cut into cubes, shredded chicken and stir well.

Pour the mixture into the interior of the mass by spreading as evenly as possible. Add a few pieces of butter on top.

Bake 25-30 minutes in the oven.

While we will prepare the guacamole broccoli: Boil broccoli until tender (with four minutes would be enough).

Chop into squares as small as possible the spring onion and tomato.

Mash the broccoli with oil, spices, lime juice and grated lime skin. Mix with onion and tomato

When the tart is made and browned remove from the oven and let cool until it's warm or cold as you like.

Cover the tart with guacamole broccoli and cherry tomatoes.
