Pennoni with broccoli and tomato

 salt
 oil
 pasta (300 g)
 2 tomatoes
 100 g of peas
 1/2 broccoli

Separate the broccoli head into sprouts and cook in boiling water for 2-4 minutes. When ready, drain and set to one side.

In the meantime, cook the pasta in boiling water for about 5 minutes, drain and set it aside.

Lightly cook the peas in a pan with a little oil.

In a bowl mix together the pasta, broccoli and peas, add fresh tomatoes cut into thin slices. Stir everything together and add season to taste.
