Rice salad with broccoli

 Salt
 olive oil
 rice
 1 broccoli head
 black olives
 1 tomato
 lettuce

Separate the broccoli head into sprouts and cook in boiling water for 2-4 minutes. Then drain and let it cool for 15 minutes.

In the meantime, cook the rice in a pot, then drain and wash with cold water. Let cool for 5 minutes

In a large deep bowl put the rice and broccoli, add a diced tomato, black olives and lamb's lettuce. Finally add salt and pepper and serve.
