Broccoli burguer

 1 broccoli head
 50 g flour
 40 g breadcrumbs
 50 g grated cheese
 salt

Boil the broccoli for about 10 minutes.

Cut the boiled broccoli into small pieces.

Put the pieces of broccoli in a bowl with the flour and breadcrumbs. Add 1 cup of water and stir until thickened (add more water if too thick or more flour if too watery).

Add the grated cheese, salt and pepper. Stir again to create a uniform dough.

Divide the dough in 4 or 6 parts and shape the burgers.

Heat a little oil in a pan and cook until browned on both sides.
