Broccoli flan

 500 grams of broccoli
 2 eggs
 100 grams of cottage cheese with nutmeg
 Salt

Preheat oven to T6 (200AC). Clean the broccoli florets. Cook for 5 minutes in boiling water. Drain, put some florets aside and mash the rest with 2 eggs, cottage cheese, salt and nutmeg.

Place in an oven-proof dish covered with parchment paper and bake in a bain-marie in the oven for 20 minutes. Remove the dish and garnish with the florets on one side.
